WaterMelon Quartz

The name "Watermelon Quartz" is a misnomer, as the stone is actually a variety of watermelon tourmaline. First discovered in Newry, Maine, in 1902, this naturally color-zoned gem was named by naturalist George Robley Howe due to its resemblance to a slice of watermelon, with a pink or red center and a green exterior.

Red Fire Agate

Fire agate is a semi-precious gemstone known for its captivating play of colors, similar to opals but with a more earthy appearance. It is a variety of chalcedony, a mineral in the quartz family, and is typically found in hues of deep red, orange, brown, and gold. The vibrant, iridescent flashes seen in fire agate are due to the presence of layers of limonite or iron oxide within the stone.

Red Jasper

The term "jasper" derives from the Old French word "jaspe," which itself originates from the Greek "iaspis," meaning "spotted stone." Ancient civilizations, including the Egyptians, Babylonians, and Greeks, highly valued jasper for its beauty and perceived mystical properties.
